"good morning Yektrina." katyas mom says as katya grabs an apple and flutters through the kitchen radiating positivity.
"someone's in a good mood." her dad says. "does someone have a boyfriend?"
"Craig, you know she's lesbian." she says with authority.
"no d-" he starts before katyas moms eyes dart over real quickly.
"I'm just in a good mood okay?" she said smiling.

"we aren't dating, but her name is trixie. She has beautiful blonde hair, golden brown eyes, a big, round-"
"I think that's all we needed to know." katyas mom, Pam, laughs.
