"Ugh can I help you?" He said while My back was still towards him.

"Um hey Jayden " I said shyly

"Oh Ashley........

"Oh Ashley what are you doing here?!" he said with a smile on his face while pulling me into a tight hug

"Hey Jayden I missed you" I said hugging him back

"I missed you too why didn't you text me or some?" He asked still with a smile. Ugh I missed him so much.

"I tried to text you Instagram but you never answered" I said My smile turning into a small frown.

"Really let me check" he said while getting his phone out of his pocket and turning it on.

"Hold on you can look at that later!" I said while pushing his phone down a bit but still making sure not to drop it.

"Um ok" he said while putting his phone back into his pocket of his grey sweats that looked so good on him. "How about we go catch up in the tree houses like old times"

"Oh my god the tree house is still up! " I said remembering all of our old memories in there.

"Of course I would never year that down too many memories" he said laughing

"Ok let's go" I said while he grabbed my hand and pulled me inside of his house.

"Baby who do you have in this house" I heard his mom tell from the kitchen.

"Um someone special hold up ma" he said while taking me still by the hand into the kitchen

"Hey momma" I yelled while giving her a huge hug

"Oh my god is that the gorgeous Ashley" she said while hugging me back

"Aww momma thanks but you are the gorgeous one here looking like you 20 years old" I said while laughing

"Aww thanks but how you been babygirl? " she asked

"I've been amazing how about you I haven't talked to you in a while?" I asked her and saw that Jayden was just standing there still with a huge smile spread across his face

"I know we live in the same town but you won't come visit me" she said

"I'm so sorry I have just been so busy because I'm always on call for work" I said being half honest

"Oh what do you do?" She asked

"I'm a ER nurse"I said

"Oh wow how is that going?" She asked duly interested in what I was saying

"Oh it is amazing and it pays really good so I bought a house and I already played off my car. " I said telling her what I do but leaving out the part about Ashton

"Oh wow baby see this is why you need to stay with Ash she is a keeper" she said talking to Jayden

"Aight momma  I know she is a good one" he said smiling at me and giving me a quick wink I blushed and looked down
