Chapter 09: A Dragon Woman.

One of the ninja's tried to throw a ninja star at Wes, but he grabbed it with his two fingers, and got of the table he was standing on. "Tough luck," Wes said. "Let's try that again, only this time I do it, and once I'm finished you'll be seeing more than stars."

Wes pulled out his other firearm, and shot the ninja that launched the star at him. Wes did the same with one half of the ninja gang, while the others pulled out swords to try and attack him. Wes thought of a different tactic, and decided to use his scythe for the first time, and slice the ninja's in half. "You thought I was kidding, didn't you?" Wes asked. "Nothing can stop me with these new abilities I have obtained."

Wes placed his scythe back up, then pulled out one of his firearms, and pointed it at the dragon woman. "Now before I take your soul, tell me," Wes said. "How many more of you crooked crook groups are there in Saint Paul?" "21 left," the dragon woman explained. "And where can I find the boss, you, and all the other cronies are working for?" Wes asked.

"He works, and lives in the largest building in Saint Paul," the dragon woman said. "He spends most of his times throwing dinner parties for guests who work for him, and has assigned them to take care of different roles. I for one, am the leader of a ninja clan you just assassinated who worship Musashi Miyamoto. One of the most talented Asian warriors that ever lived. We fight with honor just like he did, but we also get lost in greed sometimes." "That's all I need to hear, Dragon Woman," Wes said, and pointed his second gun at the dragon woman.

"Before you kill me, I must know," the dragon woman said. "Why are you wanting to get rid of every criminal gang in town?" "In May 2019, I was about to graduate from high school, but then you're so called boss Mr. Valentino had me killed after I decided to quit his little school club," Wes explained. "Now all I have to do is get enough souls to bring myself back to the state of humanity I left before I died, and that first step is getting rid of all of you gang leaders, but you won't be able to tell anyone about this." "Why not?" the dragon woman asked, then Wes shot her in both the heart, and brain, which caused her to die. "Because you're already dead, bitch," Wes answered, and placed his guns back up.

Suddenly a magical fire came from one of the wall torches, which summoned a stack of $1,000, and a new soul card for Wes. "I'm starting to like this new job," Wes said, and started drawing a pentagram on the wall with the piece of chalk the Devil gave him. Then after sending all the corpses through the pentagram, Wes picked up the soul card, and turned it revealing it to be a pair of kanata swords. The card was labeled ninja mode, which would allow him to use all the natural powers of a ninja. With that, Wes took the soul card he got, along with the money he received, and walked out.
