What is America?
Land of the free?
Where we teach our children as young as three to hide and flee from shooters
We are the Home of the brave, but we shouldn't have to be brave to go get a carton of milk from the store.
Through this perilous fight we will make sure our flag is still there but at what cost?
Oh, so we the people ask "does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave o're the land of the free?"
Do our haughty hosts scream in victory or dread in silence reposes?
Tell me America the beautiful—we speak of shots at freedom but someone else's shot can take away mine before tomorrow's dawns early light.
So though the havoc of war and the battle's confusion... I ask the people of the Untied States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our prosperity;
