Izuku's Small dagger his weakest weapon held in his hand "I will not accept that truth I will prove to them that even if I don't have a quirk I will prove to them that I can still be a hero!"Izuku said but by the the time he had stopped talking the dagger transformed into a shape of a red heart in front of Izuku his mother and the doctor was astounded by this

"Hey kara"the doctor asked

"Yes doctor?" She replies

"Can you help me figure out what this kids quirk is" He asked her

"Yes will do Doctor" Kara starts to inspect the heart shaped object, whilst inspecting it she realizes that this isn't some sort of quirk pulling out her phone she types into a search engine certain key words until she finds what she's looking for "Doctor this isn't a quirk" she says to the Doctor

"Well then what is it?" He asks

Showing the others what's on her phone she explains "What young Midoriya has is a soul trait long before quirks where around these things called traits appeared around the world, most people thought it was just legends but here it is" finishing whilst pointing at Izuku's floating heart

"What does this mean for my kid?" Inko asks them concerned for Izuku's well-being

"Nothing much Mrs. Midoriya if we are going about what the legends say then we humans were made for this kind of power. Izuku should be just fine" Kara reassures Inko. They soon leave after naming the power Izuku 'manifested'
