"We are leaving now" Austin proclaimed as he placed me discreetly in his car.
"But I wanna party," I lamented.
Without even squabbling, he sat in his side of the seat and ignited the car. As it motioned ahead, I raised my hands in the air and began singing aloud,
I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier
I'm gonna live like tomorrow doesn't exist
Like it doesn't exist
I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry
"Will you put your hands down, " Austin appealed.
I looked at him with objection shaping my face, I narrowed my eyebrows and slackened my eyes.
"You don't like my singing? " I asked leaning closer to him
"You gonna get us imprisoned, my love," he said with an angelic smile.
"But why don't you like my singing? Rose loves it when I sing. I love my singing too, then why not you? Do you have some problem with your ears? " I asked pointing at his ears
"My ears are just fine, thank you, now please sit properly and let me drive, and do not sing. I need to concentrate on the road." He replied
Quite offended by his answer, I raised my voice even higher, leaned closer to his ear and began singing
I won't be silenced
You can't keep me quiet
Won't tremble when you try it
All I know is I won't go speechless
"Oh my God, Hazel. You're gonna get me deaf," he said capping his ear.
"Can we talk in sign language then? " I asked, innocently
A chortle escaped his flawlessly carved, tender lips, as he slightly shook his head sideways.
"Will you sing a song for me? " I questioned him
"Uh, I don't sing, like at all, " he responded promptly.
"Not even in the shower? " I asked him
"What? No," he replied nervously.
I narrowed my eyebrows and slackened my eyes at him and gazed for a few seconds
"Maybe," he replied giving up.
We both laughed a little.
"STOP, " I yelled, abruptly
Most immediately Austin shoved the brake as the car came to a sudden halt, almost jerking both of us out of our seats, thanks to the seat belts we were both safe and alive.
"What happened? " Austin asked, perplexed.
"I don't wanna go home, " I replied dropping my shoulders and placing myself properly on my seat as if nothing big had happened.
I mean I almost got us killed.
Austin got a little infuriated, but as soon as his eyes fell on my face, his anger vanished.
He softly smiled at me as ran his index finger delicately over on my cheek.
"Then where do you wanna go? " he asked politely
