Zane's secret

Jess's pov
"Wake up hey jess, wake up baby" I heard zane say, I woke up to see that all of us, me, zane and heath had fallen asleep on the couch
I opened my eyes saw how bright it was and automatically shut my eyes and buried my head into zane's "no baby we gotta go, haha" zane said "go where" I mumbled with my head still buried in his chest
"You're meeting the vlog squad baby" Heath yelled from the other room

(I'm really not a morning person)
"What! Really" I said while sitting up "yup" zane said with a grin on his face
"Wait when?" I asked as I started to wake up "in about a half hour" Heath proceeded to yell
"Okay imma go get dressed" I said and got up to go get my clothes and went to the bathroom
I put on a blue shirt which faded into white at the bottom, and a pair of ripped blue jeans and a pair of white shoes
I put on my makeup and did my hair and I was ready to go

I got out of the bathroom to see zane asleep on the couch, typical 🙄
I decided to join heath in the kitchen "hey baby, how did you sleep?" He asked while making a coffee
"Pretty good, woke up a few times, new environment I guess" I said while rubbing my eyes "yeah it's strange at first but you'll get used to it" he assures me, I just nod and rub my arm, which heath notices "why you wearing long sleeves it's warm today sweetie, you might get hot" I says looking confused "no no, I'm good I'm good" I say "ok" he says still sounding confused but also concerned

( no body knows that because of the bullying at my school I self harm and I have been doing for a while and no one knows about it and I'd rather keep it that way) (this is true about me personally)

Me and heath keep talking, catching up on shit then zane finally decided to wake up
"Hey baby" I say while giggling "hey" he replies rubbing his eyes and stretching and waking over to me "you tired?" I asked as he hugged me and buried his head into my shoulder
"Aww you still tired baby?"
I asked wrapping my arms around him, he just nodded
"Cmon you 2 we gotta go meet the others" Heath said, zane just groaned and we headed to the car me and zane were in the back while heath was driving
I looked over at Zane who kinda looked sick he was really pale and just looked tired "zane you okay?" I said while rubbing his shoulder "yah yah I'm good don't worry about me" he said
I couldn't help it I knew something was wrong
"We're here" Heath said excitedly
We got out of the car and standing at the front door was David he has his vlog camera out and he was smiling
"Hey jess, I'm David nice to finally meet you" he said In a welcoming voice and gave me a hug

He invited us in and asked me a few questions like, how was my first night here and If I liked
It which yeah I love it here
A few minutes later a bunch of people come through the door they're are, Jason, Scotty, Trisha, Liza, Tod, Josh and Matt
"Hey guys this is Jess, zane's little sister" David said waving them over "OMG hi you're real"
Liza said sounding excited while opening her arms for a hug I laughed and gave her a hug
"Oh good you're a huggable person" Trisha said as she opened her arms for a hug, which I accepted till I heard Jason say "careful Jess you might pop one of her boob" we all started laughing
"You a fan of drake and josh?" David asked me "oh of course that's the first thing you ask her David" josh said I laughed "yeah I actually am I've been watching it ever since I was little"
"See josh she is a fan!" David said smiling at josh, "well anyway hi jess it's nice to meet you" he said while giving me a hug

A few hours past and we were just all chatting getting to know each other but I wasn't really concentrating i was too worried about zane he's been really quiet and that's not like him at all
But finally he said something "hey guys I'm gonna stand outside and hey some fresh air" he said and got up and went outside "yeah me too" I said i know there's some wrong
I excused myself from the room and went outside to see zane standing their looking at the floor "zane dude what's wrong, I'm not stupid I know when my brothers upset" he took a deep breath and just broke down "honey what's wrong ?" I asked letting him cry on my shoulder
He then stopped crying took another deep breath and said "I went to the doctors last week when you were setting up everything in you're new room, because my stomach had been bothering me, and turns out I have this very rare condition that like it's hard to except but it like simulates pregnancy, so I have all the Symptoms, my belly will start to grow like an actual pregnant woman so I'm basically pregnant but at the end of it theirs no baby, it's like a simulation" "wait so you're telling me you're pregnant?" i ask "yeah I'm pregnant but minus a baby, so like throughout the months water will build up In my stomach which will make it look like a bump" he explode "oh I get it will their be movements?" I ask "yea the water carries something in it which will push on the inside of my stomach to make it feel like it's moving" "wow that's insane" I say amazed "haha yeah I'm gonna be like a pregnant woman for the next 9 months he said lifting up his shirt "can you see anything?" He asks me laughing "all I see is the chipotle you had for
Lunch" I say while putting my hand on his belly at that point heath walks out and looks
Confused "umm why you got your tummy out and why you rubbing his tummy?" He asks us
"We'll tell you when we get back to the apartment" zane says
