Its Back

I can feel it consuming me
Eating me from within
From not eating
To over eating
To canced plans
Avoiding people for days
I know its back
And i dont know what to do
The fatigue is taking over
All i want to do is sleep
All i want to do is curl up and never wake up
I dont know what to do
Please tell me what to do
