"Hold her head, don't let it bang against the door."

Gruff voices entered her brain, jabbing into her skull like poisonous spikes. Her vision was blurry, and her brain...a drugged out mess.

"Please..." was all she managed to say. "I want to go home...."

But she was ignored, and the young girl felt her body being hoisted onto a chair of some sort, and a bright light pointed directly at her face.

"Argh..." she groaned, making a feeble attempt to rise. But aggressive hands pushed her down.

"Oy! Watch it Mclavin! Be careful with her."

Cold hands brushed the back of her neck and she winced, feeling her hair being lifted to expose her neck.

"Why am I here?" she called in a last terrified attempt at freedom. "Please let me go."

A voice from somewhere above responded with soothing maliciousness, "Don't worry, this will all be over soon. You will wake up again."

She felt a sharp pain in her neck, and fell back into unconsciousness, the world spiraling into darkness.
