(A/N: I apologise for that version, I do not know what had happened. Anyway, this one is the true version)
------
Later that night, just outside the Ninjago Police Station, reporters and cameramen were standing in a crowd as Cole was at a podium with the Commissioner and Xentimu. "While we are unable to confirm the evidence we currently have on him." He said. "We wish for Clifton Edward Walker to come forward and eventually confess."
"And that was Detective Cole Brookstone Sr. with his statement to the press." Fred Finely said to the camera as he faced it. "Back to you, Gayle."
------
In the Sama-craft, Cliff, in a spare samurai suit, watches the news on the monitor with Gayle standing outside the Walker mansion. "As you just saw just now, son of two for Ninja, Clifton Walker is a person of interest in the investigation of Samurai I." She said as she was facing the camera. "Some are speculating he has been Samurai I all along as police are now searching his family mansion. Stay tuned for updates."
Cliff immediately turned the monitor to a view of the map. "So basically, I am a fugitive." He said.
"What do you want to do now?" Minus asked.
Cliff sighs while unrolling his sleeve to look at his bandaged arm. "We give up." He simply stated.
"What? After all that, the high and mighty Samurai I wants to throw in the towel?"
"My family could be concerned about me. I was gonna tell them, but I panicked. I'm pretty sure your parents are concerned to."
Minus lowers her head. "They won't be."
"Why?"
Minus comes up to a wall, places her back against it and slid down it. "Mom died before I went to school, and my dad was never around. Almost like he never wanted me."
"Minus, I'm so sorry."
"It's not your fault."
Cliff soon sat next to her and placed firmly his hand in hers, rubbing it with his thumb. "How about, we recover the teapot, and then give up?"
Minus turns to him and smiles. "Deal." She moves her hand away, gets up and heads over to the controls. "So, where do we start?"
"We continue from where we are now." Cliff stands up and heads over to a nearby panel, taps a few keys, and comes across a news article about the fire, and Nathan's survival and hospitalisation.
"Nathan Boulders?"
"Yes. When I went to see him, I wanted to ask him about the teapot, but the bomb, fire and Thanksgiving made me forget. Well, I'll soon learn. Plot a course for the hospital." The Sama-craft soon took off as Cliff was soon thinking about his parents.
------
In Cliff's bedroom at the mansion, Cole and some officers look around the room, searching for evidence as one officer soon threw Cliff's comic book collection off the shelf and on the floor. "Hey, no ransacking." Cole told him.
"Sorry." The officer replied. While the search warrant was valid, Jay gave them a strict rule to not ransack the room.
One officer then knelt down to look under the bed before noticing something. "Detective." He said as he stood up.
"Charlie, help me move the bed." Cole said to a nearby officer as he and the officer then grab hold of the bed and pull it back, showing the torn samurai suit. Sighing as he picked it up, Cole noticed that it had no sleeves. "It's the same suit that Samurai I was wearing this morning during the fire."
"So, he really is the samurai." Nya said as she came in.
"Nya, you can't be in here."
"This is my son that you're dealing with."
"Well, like mother, like son. Jack, put this in evidence." He hands the suit to a nearby officer as Nya soon got out her phone. "Nya, I tried that. He left his phone on his desk."
"Detective, you should listen to this." An officer said, holding up Cliff's phone and pressing a button.
"We just have to keep trying." Joan's voice was heard.
"I don't think we'll be able to find that ship, and Cliff." CJ was heard.
"Cliff bugged the Ninja?" Nya asked as Cole got out his phone.
------
At the monastery, the Thanksgiving food was put away as Don, CJ, Joan, Gabby and Max look at a map of Ninjago, looking for possible locations. "Just, what place is important to him?" Max asked before CJ's phone soon rang, and he immediately answered it.
"Dad?" He asked. "Uh, no, we're still looking." He listens a bit. "What? Hang on."
He puts the phone on speaker. "Cliff has bugged one of you." Cole said through the phone.
"What do you mean?" Don asked.
"His phone's got a spy software. He could've listened in on your conversations."
"So that's how he beat all of us to the scenes." Don said. "Gabby, where's the bug?"
Gabby starts to look around the room for the bug. She looks among the walls before coming up to a wall behind Joan and gets a beep. "I'm getting something." She said before heading over to Joan, getting more beeps until she moves up and gets more beeps when she got to the ears before looking at the earrings. "It's your earrings."
Joan becomes shocked and took them off to look at them. "He gave these to me on my birthday." She said.
"Well, these costed us a lot of our reputation." CJ replied, grabbing them, and dropped them on the ground.
"Cole, wait!" Don yelled, but CJ soon stomped on them, destroying the bugged earrings.
------
At the Walker mansion, the bugged earrings destruction causes feedback, frightening Cole and Nya. "Must've been my son." Cole said.
"Now where do we find him?" Nya asked.
"Sorry." CJ replied through the phone.
------
At the same time on the Sama-craft, the bugged earrings destruction causes feedback and scares Cliff and Minus. "There goes the bug." Minus said.
"Doesn't matter." Cliff replied before looking at the monitor. "We're here." He puts the helmet on, heads over to a nearby hatch and decided to test the voice scrambler by turning to Minus. "Wish me luck."
"Okay." Cliff opens the hatch and goes through.
The hatch was for the entrance to some spare Samurai I mechs or suits. Getting into the closest one, Cliff thought about what he had been through during his time as a hero, via Samurai I. "Here we go." He presses a few buttons, activating the mech just as a hatch between the mechs and the entrance started to open up. Looking down at the dawn lit sky, Samurai I didn't hesitate to have his mech jump out with him inside it.
