I'm really personal when it comes to me. I don't take things personally, but I like to be personal. That being said I hate my period. No, the lack of energy is not killing me, the blood loss is not killing me, the cramps aren't killing me, but the diarrhea is. An entire week before my period and I'm shitting my guts out. The three days that my period last and I'm shitting my guts out. Three days after it ends and I'm continuing to shit my guts out.
