Why wouldn't I have my spear pointed at him? He was trespassing on my island!

He said, "Who are you?"

Why would I tell him who I am? I can read his mind (a benefit of being a Dark Mirac). He's the son of one of the betrayers. Because of this, I don't trust him. Frederick (my wolf friend) walked toward me, then sat down beside me. I stroked his rough, grey fur.

"I don't trust the boy, but don't kill him unless I tell you to. He could be somewhat useful to us," I whispered to him.

"Show yourself," the boy said.

"No," I replied.

"You have to," he said.

" I'm not your servant!" I exclaimed. "I have free will!"

"Well, I'm stuck here too, so you might as well show yourself," he said.

"No," I responded, a smirk forming on my face.

He sighed heavily, and I'm satisfied with myself. No trespasser should feel happy, nor comfortable. Every trespasser should want to run away. Escape. Be afraid. Maybe have a good story to tell if they aren't killed. I'm honestly reconsidering not killing because of the tone of voice he used with me. That isn't the way that a man should speak to a lady, let alone a princess. I'll keep a watchful eye on him to see if he can survive, then I'll make my decision.
