Alpha's Little Mate

Chapter 11

It has been an hour now, a whole dahm hour of my mate lying in pain, screaming, whimpering and shouting curse words while I try to make the shift easier for her. I have never seen a wolf shift for the first time this long so I am quite worried. She looks so frail and weak, Octavius is going nuts from seeing our mate like this. The doctor is on stand by when she gets to weak. "Octavius!" I adore how she knows which one is present the most. Immediately he goes to lick her face and we see her eyes starting to change colour. Her once blue eyes is beginning to show hints of purple, the colour of a Luna, her wolf already knows her position in the pack which is very interesting. She looks at me in desperation, wanting the process to end and all that I can do is be here with her.
Suddenly she screams so loud that my wolf covers his ears from the pain, this is her loudest scream yet and I'm sure Daniel and the rest must have heard it by now. Her body begins to shake and I hear her bone begin to shape into her wolf. The pain she is feeling is immense and I can only feel a little of her pain since I am her mate, but won't feel the full effect until I mark her. It feels like someone is punching me over and over again and it hurts like a bitch. We watch silently as she begins to transform into her wolf.
In ten minutes she is fully transformed into her wolf, she is a pure white wolf and her purple eyes shine brightly while she lies on the ground in exhaustion. I slowly approach her in my wolf form and she slowly starts to sway her tail. I sniff and lick her while she purrs from pleasure. Her wolf is only present, she won't know what happened after she shift back. It is so for all wolfs that shift the first time, which is why we lock them up, they go on a hunting rage and will kill anything on site, Madeline is a different matter, her wolf knows she is a Luna and she won't harm anyone.

"What is your name my Love?" Octavius ask her. "Kaya, beloved." She comes to me and rubs her scent on me making Octavius purr. I enjoy this moment even if it is Octavius and Kaya's moment together before she has to shift back. "Oh my beloved, you have waited so long to see me yet we can't be togther yet." She gives out a whine and Octavius console her. "We must wait Love. You must keep yourself hidden till darling Madeline is of age. The pack can not know their Luna is present yet." She scoffs, "It's not like they are going to pay attention to me with what you are planning, Beloved." She smirks, and if Octavius could go pale he would. She knows about Lucy, but how? "You will learn not to hide things from me." Her voice is very dominant while she growls, displaying her displeasure that we tried to hide things from her and for the first time ever, Octavius submits. To say I was speechless was an understatement, but I can understand why though. Heck, Madeline has me wrapped around her finger and now Kaya. Me and Octavius are going to have it rough with them.
I link Daniel and the rest, including Madeline's mother to come and meet Kaya so she can recognize their scents and not attack them when she turns back.

Me and Kaya play around while we wait for the other so arrive. The joy we felt by being together makes it worth the wait. We were still playing when she suddenly runs off, in confusion I follow her. I see her crouching down while her tails wags in excitement. Looking at what she is looking at makes me smile, now I know why Madeline is paired with Kaya. Kaya is watching a butterfly on a flower, it flies away and she chases after it like I find Madeline doing often when she is in the woods with me.
Austin is the first to make himself known in his wolf form, Dazai comes close to Kaya, but lets Kaya approach him first.

Madeline

Dazai looks shocked when I approach him. No doubt it's the colour of my eyes. He stands still and let me familiarize myself with his scent, when I am done I pounce on top of him and bite his ear, showing him that I recognize him as my friend and he wags his tail while we banter for a while. I can feel Octavius's eyes on me and it makes me happy knowing he has my back. It is going to be hard to hide myself from the pack and the fact that I am Octavius's and Ethan's mate from my human, Madeline, but it has to be done.
Mother is the next to follow Austin and everyone came after that. All of them were shocked by my eyes. Usually when a female is mated and marked by an Alpha her eye colour changes to purple, it is a luna trait. Yet here I am already showing that I am Luna even though I am not mated nor marked by Octavius, and he takes quite pride in himself and me for already knowing my position.
To say my mother's look was comical when she first saw me, she wanted to attack Octavius for marking and mating me but I got in the way and let her smell me. She calmed down after realizing that we did nothing and apologized to Octavius to which he just growled in annoyance.
After I met everyone Octavius send them back, it was time for me to shift back and meet Madeline. Octavius licked my face to say goodbye. "Till we meet again my Love." His red eyes shine brightly with love and my heart melts from it. "Likewise Beloved."
