Jay and I made it back to inktopolis plaza. It was beautiful just like when I escaped and ran over there. I looked over at Jay. He was humming a song that sounds familiar. "Hey Jay. What's that song your humming???" "Calamari inktation by the squid sisters." That song...I know it!!! I remember when I was five I would listen to it with my mom. But when I lost my mom I went on my own at age 11. I joined a group called Sea Creatures Do Good. And we played Calamari Inktation. And one of the lyrics spoke to me, "You're a hero now fight!" And one day after SCDG I ran to fight in turf war. My teammates loved me. They would chant, "Rose!" But now all my friends are gone or they forgot about me. Jay tapped me. "Are you okay?" He asked. I fell onto Jay and started crying on his shoulder. He patted me on the back. "Its okay, Ro" Waaaaaaaaahhh!! Im pretty sure all of inktopolis could hear me when I balled my eyes out. I told him about when I was 11. He said that he listened to Calamari inktation when he was little too. Then I felt a little spark between us. I once heard someone say, "music brings people together." And now...I believe it. We went to get food, then we sat down, and we started talking. It was around 9 PM when we left inktopolis plaza and we went down to the alley. I felt safe there and with Jay. I've never felt that safe since my mom.
