personality:
phoebe knows everything and everyone.
her charismatic personality draws
most people towards her, and if they don't
come to her - she'll go to them. it's not that
phoebe intentionally gossips, she just can't
keep a secret for the life of her. the only time
she can really hold her tongue is when the
secret is incredibly personal or about
someone she genuinely cares for. she's quite loud
in school, you can spot her from miles away
just by the sound of her laugh. over the years,
she's made quite a few enemies
because she's told a secret of theirs.
if there's a party, phoebe's there -
making sure to spend time
with nearly everyone there. she surrounds
herself with good-hearted people, and thrives
off of optimism. she hates assholes,
she won't hesitate to stand up for someone and
call them out for their shit. honestly, she really doesn't have a filter. everyone knows almost
everything about her, but of course she has
a few secrets of her own.

phoebe's lived in redwood her entire
life. she has an older brother, and a
younger sister - whom she's incredibly close
with. her parents split up when she was
ten, but she's gotten used to the
constant hopping between houses. she spends
most of her time outside of school with
friends or working at the local movie
theatre.
