"She doesn't want to be let go of, your dumb ass training tired her out to the verge of tears- so now she is quitting- right (Name)?" He said in an equally deep voice to Ludwig. I jerked back my arm and ran behind Ludwig. "N-no" i whispered and wiped away my tears.

Before I knew what was happening I had been punched square in the face and fell to the damp grass. I screamed and Luddy launched himself at my attacker. I can't believe he would do that in front of Ludwig! I mean we have been friends for years and Luddy could easily beat the crap out of him! This was stupid even for him.

Luddy punched and kicked until my abusive ex-boyfriend was on the ground, begging for him to stop. Luddy helped me up and pulled me to his lips. WHAT? I thought as his lips moved in sink with mine. As soon as we got inside I turned to the man I had been friends with for years, who almost never showed any emotion, who had seen me at my best and my worst, the man who had just kissed me. "Why did you kiss me?" I asked softly. Maybe it was just to make asshole jealous...
