Momo sat on the small window in the tower as she looked at the forest around her. She smiled as she began to brush her hair, which normally took quite some time because of the length.
She hummed a tune as she brushed through her locks. She began to sing a song to pass the time.
-Time skip-
Momo heard her mother calling her name.
"Momo, Momo! Let down your hair"
She smiled brightly as she ran towards the small window. Momo threw the end of her long black hair out.
After she pulled her mother up she began to ask a lot of questions.
"How was your trip mother? Did you meet many people? Was it dangerous? What did you bring home? Do you want anything?"
"Momo, momo I'll tell you all about it after we brush that long hair of yours..."
She smiled kindly.
Yaoyorozu nodded as she ran to grab her mothers chair and placed it in the middle of the room, she did the same with a small stool. She told her mother to sit in her chair as she sat down on the stool and handed her the brush.
" Flower, gleam and glow
Let your power shine"
"Momo-"
"Make the clock reverse
Bring back what once was mine"
"Listen-"
"Heal what has been hurt
Change the Fates' design"
"Hun-"
"Save what has been lost
Bring back what once was mine
What once was mine"
She turned around and smiled at her mother happily.
"Well I was wondering, you know the way its my birthday soon...?"
"No, no I remembered clearly. You're birthday was last year"
She smiled kindly at her daughter.
"Well that's kinda the thing... Birthdays are, annual"
She told her mother.
"Ah yes I must've forgotten, well continue"
"Well I've been wondering if we could pleeeaaase go and see the northan lights"
"Hun, I love you but we've talked about this... It's dangerous outside, remember mother knows best"
"Look at you,your as fragile as a flower that's why we stay up in this tower" Said her mother
"I know bu-"momo tried to explain
"I knew that soon you'd want to leave the nest" her mother continued "Soon,but not yet"
"But-" Momo hesitantly said
"Shh" Mother exclaimed interrupting her "Trust me pet, Mother knows best"
"Momo,It's a scary world out there"
"Mother I kn-"
"Shh Mother knows best" her Mother said patting Yaoyorozu's head "Now where was I?" she asked herself
"Ah,Something will go certainly wrong I swear!" her Mother exclaimed "Ruffians, thugs, poisen ivy, quicksand cannibals, snakes and the Plaugue" Momo listened the dangerous things
"No!" She sounded frightened now
"Yes" her mother said before continuing "Men with pointy teeth and"she saw how frightened Yaoyorozu was "Mother is right here, Mother will protect you"
"Mother" Momo quickly said
"Hush pet Mother knows best" said her Mother hugging her
"Out there on your own you'll be eatin' alive, you're a bit guillible, naive, positively grubby, a tiny bit clumsy" Mother stopped
"Momo"
"Yes Mother?" Yaoyorozu quickly responded
"Never talk about leaving again do you understand"
Momo sighed helping her mother get down "Yes mother"
Mother looked up at her "I love you"
"I Love you more" Momo said
"I love you most" Mother said as she got to the ground
Before Mother left she said "I'll be back in three and a half days"
