"Well your punishment, will start tomorrow," she says
"All day?" I asked her
"Yes, all day. Remember our school policy?, No fighting." She says, i roll my eyes

I quickly got up and went to my locker, I grabbed my art book and went to the art studio class

I was in class sitting down and I was five minutes early. I was just doodling in my book, soon the class started to fill up. I realized That Hailey sits next to me. Fml. She came in one minute after the bell rang. She looked at me with a dirty look.She sat down and turned to me, so I turned to her
"Is there a problem?" I asked her, rolling my eyes
"Oh no." She says
"So your a mom" she asked me
"That's none of your business" I told her
"Oh I'm sorry" she says sarcastically
"Just leave me alone". I told her
"Don't you wanna hear me tell you about what me and Alex did yesterday?" She says
"What?" I asked
"He came over, he told me everything." She says
"Mmhmm." I said.not believing a word she says,I looked away from her
"We also had a good time in bed." She said, making me look at her
"I don't believe you, he wouldn't cheat on me" i said
"Well he did. He wants me now" she says
"Show me the proof then bitch" i said
She pulls out her phone from her back pocket, and opens it, she goes to messages

H- why? Don't you have a girlfriend?
A- y/n is a slut, I tell you everything later

Then she goes over to photos, she pulls out a picture that has her and Alex in bed kissing while they have a sheet over them
"Now do you believe me?" She laughs
"Told you, He's mine bitch" she says
"I-.." i stayed silent.
During the rest of the class, I was zoned out, the class soon ended.
-skip to after school-
I was walking out of school, I was heading to my car until someone grabbed my wrist making me turn around.
"Are we gonna talk?" he asked
"There's nothing to talk about Carlos" I said pulling my hand back
"Yes there's is!" He says
"Just please can we talk about this " He says
"Fine!" I say giving up on this little argument
"Let's go to your house?" He asked
"No" I said
"Why?" He asked
"Because I -" My phone rings
I got a text from my phone saying that she left with Alena for week to Texas, she took her because she said I needed a little break. I put my phone away and looked at Carlos with an annoyed face.
"Let's go." I said getting in my car
Why the hell am I doing this? This is the guy who left me Alone to raise my daughter. Why am I bringing him home?
He gets into the passenger seat, I started to drive to my house.Half way there I felt a hand on my thigh tf
I brushed his hand off
"Stop, you have a girlfriend" I said
"We broke up today" he said kinda smiling
"Also I heard you punched her" he adds
"Yes But- Why did you lie to everyone?" I asked finally remembering what Destiny told me
"Oh.. I was just under a lot of pressure so I had to lie, I didn't think it would get so out of hand" he says
"Whatever" I said
We finally get to my house, I unlocked to the door and went inside, Carlos followed.
"Where's my girl?" He asked
"With my mom" I said

I sat down on the couch
"I want another chance" he asked
"W-What?" I asked confused and shock
"I want to be in her life" he says
"I need her, I want to be her actual dad! I messed up big time" he said

"And I fucked it up, I know I'm sorry. But please, everyday I woke up thinking about how it would of been if I was still with you!" He says
"Should of thought about it before you left to go to the bAthRoOm" I said
"Y/n please let me be in her life! I just need to see her and hold her, take care of her!" He says fighting his tears back

"And I regret giving her your last name" I said
"Y/n please!!!" He said
Maybe I should give him another chance? I don't want Alena to grow up with a dad.
"I- don't -know." I said
"Think about it" he said
"Carlos idk if I can trust you!" I said
"Then I can prove to you that you CAN trust me" he says
