Emerald Segame is a Ribstiez leader of a Ribstiez group titled Sarcastic Gems. In the law of the town Midorijima, Ribstiez groups would be cleared by the police leaded by Akushima. Once Emerald’s group was defeated by Akushima’s, she hide from them and look for new members for her Ribstiez group. After she already has 20 members in her group, they were encountered by the Yakuza. The Yakuza team killed all her 20 members, Virus and Trip left her to be unharmed. Emerald decided to have no more Ribstiez group because she already given up. She’s now living alone, but he encountered another and it’s Noiz. She decided to join his team, Ruff Rabbits and brought her new allmate named Garnet. Emerald soon encountered Aoba and visits his shop too. When Emerald knows how to Scrap, she now even encountered Clear, ASAP she is now friends with Mink and Koujaku too. Emerald has soon realize that she's an incomplete experiment of Toue, The Green Ripper and he need of her friends help to help her and also needed advice to let her life live in peace.
