Shattered pieces of the mind,
Each complete with name they chose,
Foresee the day they're realignedTo be once more as God designed,
Embracing peace for all those
Shattered pieces of the mind.Pain and darkness once defined
The lies, but now the shadows
Foresee the day they're realignedWith light, when threat is far behind
Without the power to expose
Shattered pieces of the mindTo a hostile world inclined
To judge. For those they oppose
Foresee the day they're realignedWith disparate parts at last combined
To be the one that our God knows.
Shattered pieces of the mind
Foresee the day they're realigned.
