I've started this oneshot book to give some of the underrated villains some love! In this chapter, I'll be listing out all the characters I'll be willing to write for (which is basically almost all villains, minus Gigantomachia, Ujiko, Moonfish, and the Nomus, since I'm not exactly sure how to write for them-) I'll indicate how well I think I'll be able to write for each character under their name!
Also, please comment on the villain you'd like to see a oneshot for so I know who to write for!
