The script for the second season of ‘Bring the Boys Out!’ just finished. The production team already flew to Singapore. Unfortunately, Brenda Song, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Demi Lovato, and Selena Gomez couldn’t continue to film because of their own commitments: Demi and Selena working on their own upcoming album; Vanessa and Ashley doing the Disney film called ‘High School Musical 4: Reunion’; and Brenda preparing for her theater debut. But the good news was Ana Maria Perez de Tagle, Jasmine Richards, Tiffany Thornton and Sterling Knight became the regular cast. The reason why Sterling was included in second season’s official cast was his guest appearance in the 9th episode got the highest ratings of its first season.
The second season’s story was about first vacation of Venus in Singapore which she will meet new friends namely Jessie (Ana), Erin (Jasmine), and Selene (Tiffany). But she will accidentally bump with Jake (Sterling). Jake will feel jealousy whenever Venus sees and flirts handsome men from Asia. Then later they’ll fall in love with each other.
As Ana, Jasmine, Tiffany, Sterling, and I arrived in Singapore, fans waited at the airport. We smiled and waved at them. On the following day, we started shooting the 10-episode series. We took a month and a half in filming. Here were the show’s guests including popular male artists in Asia plus Korea’s top female stars as the series’ finale:
