It was midnight in the Pridelands and Kiara could not sleep after the events that had happened, so she got up and went to her brother.
"Kion?" Kiara said softly so she did not wake anyone.
Kiara nudges Kion with her paw.
"hm, Kiara what is it?" Kion asked his sister.
"I can not sleep." Kiara said and looked down.
Kion saw that his sister was not feeling well, so he want to her and hugged her.
"so Kiara what's on your mind?" Kion asked his sister.
Kiara looked at her little brother and began to cry.
Kion Licked her tears off her face.
"Hey, Kiara, what's up?" Kion asked his sister again.
"I am afraid to lose you." she said, looking at her little brother.
"you'll never lose me I'm always there for you no matter what." said Kion.
"Thank you Kion, you are the best." Kiara said and hugged her brother.
"I love you Kiara." siad Kion.
"I Love you too, little brother." Kiara said.
"Kion?" said Kiara.
"Yes?" Kion answered.
"Do you think I'll be a good Queen?" Kiara asked.
"Yes why." Kion asked.
"I think I can not do that, I mean I have not even managed to defend myself and you can do it all so easily." Kiara said and looked at Kion.
Kion looked at his sister until he managed to say something.
"Kiara, I can not always defend myself, sometimes I need help too." said Kion.
"Thanks, Kion, I do not know what I would do without you." said Kiara and Licked Kion over the head.
"OK, let's go to sleep." Kion said to his sister.
"Ok, can I sleep with you?" Kiara asked.
"Yes you can." Kion said and smiled.
"Good night Kion." Kiara said and snuggled up to her brother.
"Good night Kiara." Kion said and fell asleep.
(The next Morning)
Nala and Simba were the first to be awake.
They got up and noticed that Kiara was not lying where she always lay.
Nala looked around and quickly noticed that she was lying next to Kion.
"Look how cute the two are when they sleep." Simba said softly.
"Yes, they are really cute." said Nala.
"Look, Kion wakes up, Simba go on patrol for him today." said Nala.
"Mom, dad is everything ok?" Kion asked.
"Yes Kion, it's all ok." said Simba.
"OK, I have to go on patrol now." said Kion.
"Kion, you have free time today, I'm going on patrol with the lion guard." said Simba.
"but dad." Kion was interrupted by his mother.
"No Kion your father is right you've already done so much for us, do something with your sister today." said Nala.
