I sat on the floor of my basement. The dampness seeping into my bare skin and soaking my shorts. All I was wearing was shorts and a loose tank. Not uncommon during the summer.
Well for most people.
I normally wear long jeans, preferably dark wash or black, and a long sleeved shirt or sweatshirt.
For me, my attire for the day was completely crazy. Like I was wearing a fourth of my normal amount of clothing.
Now...Back to what I was doing. I was sitting on the excessively damp floor of the basement. I was just staring at the ground. I have no idea why I was here.
Because the voices told you, stupid.
Yeah, stupid. We told you to so you did it.
I try not to pay attention to the voices. I groan inwardly and draw with my finger on the floor. I run my finger along the cool surface and find myself tracing a heart.
Put an arrow through it!
Ohh!!! And some bullets.
And of course I do it.
