ah... 1st december...
we met each other today, two years ago.
i went to the cafe i always go to in decembers.
i sipped on my hot chocolate, waiting for your entry at 1:27p.m.
you always came at the same time.
you finally entered the cafe.
it was different.
today, someone was with you.
my best friend was with you.
you sat down with him, a table or two away from me. but you didn't see me.
you're face is always so bright and happy. but today, it looks extra bright. was it because of him?
you two looked so happy together. laughing, smiling, joking around. like we used to.
i couldn't stand seeing you with my best friend. so i stood up and left.
i took a quick glance at you before leaving.
but you didn't notice me leaving. just like you didn't notice my presence.
it's okay.
i'm happy to see you again. even though you didn't see me.
