My thoughts stopped when I heard people people yelling for me to hurry up. I quickly closed my eyes to conclude my wish.

"I want my nightmares to end"

I opened my eyes and blew my 18 candles I had on my birthday cake. The room turned dark and all my family and friends cheered

"What did you wish for?" My mother asked

"The obvious" I answered

Ahhh!

I woke up sweating and breathing heavily.

"Nightmare again..."

I got up to get a glass of water.

I went downstairs and into the kitchen filled up my glass with water.

"Nightmare again?" My mother who was coming into the kitchen said

I nodded to her question. She wrapped her arms around me and hugged me gently. She kissed my forehead while humming to a song that she makes up, it really calms me down.

My mother puts her hand on my shoulder and looks into my eyes. She smiles at me before going back to bed.

Not much longer after she went to bed I went to my bed. I took my sleeping pills and fell right to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm.

6:00Am read the digital clock

I got up to get ready. I went to the washroom.

Washed my face,brushed my teeth, did my make up, got dressed, packed my bag.

'All I need to do is eat breakfast's ' I told myself

I went downstairs to see that my lunch was packed with a note on top.
