"I don't think he's coming" I told Diego

We went inside the shop to buy some lockets.

"I think this link one suits you" Diego said as he handed me the locket.

I took the locket and out it on my hand. I snapped a picture of it and went to write on it.

Hyunjin's pov

I looked at the message Yuna sent me. I left her on seen. I'm such asshole

Jisung called me that he was coming to my house to pick up things he left 2 years ago but now he remembers it.

"Yooooooooooo my friend how are you!" Jisung said as he barged into my house.

I just kept looking at my phone ignoring him. Jisung snatched my phone and started to read the text out loud

"Jisung give it back!" I yelled

".....you were suppose to go on a date with Yuna? AND YOU LEFT HER ONE READ AND NEVER WENT! BISS WHAT THE F-"

I quickly responded to Jisung's question before he could attack me.

"It is an assignment for school and not a date because the new exchange student is in our group Di....diago I think his name is I don't know and I don't care" I said as I took my phone back and plopped myself on the couch.

Jisung just stared at me.

"You let Yuna be with another man alone???"

I closed my eyes and sigh

"She's better off with him than me" I said

Jisung got up and and slapped me with a pillow.

"What the hell Jisung!"

"Do you not know how she feels about you!' He asked angrily

I sat up on the couch and threw back the pillow he hit me with.

"I do know and I don't want her to continue to love me" I replied

Jisung sat down on the floor hugging the pillow.

"Just a few days ago you told me you like her and that you would confess to her when you're ready." He said.

I nodded

"But I hurt her, I almost confessed yesterday, but I ended up hurting her. Don't you see Jisung I- I"

Jisung hushed me and he was about to throw the pillow back at me.

"What are you scared about? She likes you and you like her." Jisung said

Jisung got up and headed to the door.

"If I were you I would make her feel special even if you're scared to. She might be distancing herself from you now but once you lose her Hyunjin she is gone and you will regret it trust me" He said as he slowly shut the door.

I stood at the door for a few minutes trying to process the information Jisung had just told me.

I quickly took my phone to text Yuna that I was running late.

I put my shoes on and went to get some snacks from the nearby convinience store.
