Pia POV

I tried not to shiver but my mind couldn't able to calm down at all. I know her gaze was fixed on me and her staring was so intense that I felt like I will melt anytime. I couldn't able to focus on the meeting at all it was an epic failure for me but what I could do when you're hot successful boss was keep staring at you like she was trying to look into your soul or something. Finally, once the meeting got over I was the first one to leave the room without giving a single glance in the room. Once I came out from the room I realized how long I was holding my breath.

The next few hours were passed within a blink of an eye and it was nice since we got to know lots of things about the office. Everyone was so much focused on the work it was pretty hard for me to make new friends but it wasn't difficult at all too. I almost forgot the morning incidents until our mentor informed me that our boss requested to meet her after lunch. And all my happiness vanished within a second.

I went cold feet till I reached her office and I felt like I was entering the lion's cage but maybe it was a lions cage since she makes everyone so nervous and whenever it was her everything went so silent. I knock on the door and I went inside but I didn't see her on the table. I look around her cabin and believe me everything was screaming money like I was dead in tracks because god I never saw such a thing in my entire life. Even if I would spend my whole year salary won't be sufficient to buy a single interior in this office. I was so much in awe that I didn't see where I went and I tripped on something and before I could prepare myself for the heavy impact I was once again held in someone's arms.

"Is it your hobby or you are too clumsy to handle yourself?" a straight cold voice went inside my ears and I abruptly make myself stand

"Hmm.... No, it's not like that you know... I mean...." I try to explain to her before I got cut by her rudely

"I don't give a damn but I don't wish to see your clumsiness in work at all," Ananya said coldly

"Oh okay Maam," I said slowly

"I don't have time to listen to me properly from tomorrow you will work as my assistant and you do what I say and make sure don't make any mistake you won't able to make another." Ananya coldly said to me and went to sit on her chair without looking at me.

I was standing there shocked and getting to normal and trying to remember what just happened when her sharp cold voice again touches my ears.

"Will you leave the room or you keep standing here like a lost puppy?"

I left in a hurry but I was sure I am trapped with the devil.
