he didn't answer

so i punched him in the face

??-"alright! alright! he's paying me to do this ita a game"

E-"a game you play for money with 100 tasks you don't do the task you die?"

??-"yeah"

E-"just completed my 3rd game"

i untied the ropes

on his wrists

and feet

?-"i've got him"

E-"thank you,nobody will talk about what happened here got it?"

everyone agreed

i ran out

i aat on the couch waiting for everyone to come back home

it was 11pm

they came in

with a boy

KM-"do you think he's foreign"

E-"who's this?"

KD-"missing kid from the news he went missing a month ago but he doesn't speak"

i looked to him

he signed

'i'm deaf'

but only i understood

i walked over to him and tapped him

he jumped

E-'hey i'm ethan'

M-'i'm max please help me'

E-'what happened?'

M-'he chained me to a wall and hit me everyday'

i got a picture of henry

E-'him?'

he nodded and started crying

he was young like 3

very smart kid

i hugged him

KM-"he's great with children"

E-"um thanks?"

K-"piper told me that years ago by the way your son that you rarely saw just turned up and you just yeah"

E-"totally made-"

i got cut off by max tapping me

M-'i want to go home'

E-'you can sleep here and eat because he probably didn't feed you'

he shook his head

E-'we will find your family tomorrow'

he nodded

i held onto his hand

and brought him into the kitchen

i put him on the counter

and got him some food

he ate it

then i saw it

E-"he's going to throw up i've got to get something"

i ran upstairs

and got them pills i needed to take

he threw up

of course they gave him a bucket

i gave him one of the tiny pills

he swallowed it

and felt better

KD-"what happened?"

E-"he got injected with something i got injected with it once as well when i ate i threw it up well i would've threw up until i died one time i almost threw up an organ forgot which one and had to have a few surgeries"

K-"you're good with children how?"

E-"um i don't know i just am"

K-"cute"

i smiled and shook my head

E-'you okay to sleep now?'

He nodded

i helped him down

E-"um which room shall i put him in?"

KD-"he's not staying here"

E-"he has too where he's come from ia hell especially at his age it's not right at all and plus it's only for tonight until i take him to find his family"

K-"the room next to ours"

E-"thanks"

K-"it's a kid one"

i took him up

i told him a few things

and he fell asleep instantly

i left
