Steven had just finished coming out of Pearl's memories when he finally realized something about himself that made him furious with The crystal gems. Pink diamond was his mother. and pearl.... The very person he has put his trust in the most... lied to him. They all did. He wasn't going to be able to stand for this. He knew what had to be done.
If the diamond authority wanted the person who shattered pink diamond.. he'd give her to them.
Steven:"my mother was pink diamond!!!. You knew!!??. You all knew especially when you are The one who shattered her pearl!!!. I'm reporting you to the diamond authority of home world!!!.
They want pink diamonds killer... I'll give her to them."
Now the crystal gem's were shocked. Steven was able to contact homeworld!!??
Pearl was the one who shattered Pink diamond!!??.

Peridot and Jasper. Even bismuth had no idea what to think anymore. If The diamonds knew that pearl killed her diamond two things would definitely happen. Pearl would be shattered and the gem's along with Steven would be
Destroyed with Earth. OR
The diamonds would accept Steven as one of them and imprison the gem's. Either way... pearl was going to be shattered and nothing would stop the diamonds from taking over Earth.
Garnett:"is this true pearl???.
Were you the one who shattered Steven's mother rose quartz???. You do know what will happen if these accusations against you turned out to be true don't you???."
Amethyst: "I can't believe you pearl!!!. How could you do that!!??. She was your diamond and Steven's mother!!!. How could you kill her as if..... I'LL KILL YOU!!!."
Amethyst and Garnett readied their weapons to shatter pearl but Steven stopped them and they were confused about why he would do this.
Steven:"I can understand that you both want to shatter her as much as I do. But she must face judgement by the diamonds. Not us!!!."
Pearl knew that she's not getting out of this alive and

Telling The Truth of what really happened that night
Then she will do it....for rose.
For her son...for Steven and her friends. One thing was certain... after this..bonds of friendship would be falling apart and loyalties would be questioned.
