there was a mouse named mikey

who was in love with mousey sue

he wanted to give her a present

to show his love so true

"cheddar cheese is my fav"

sue said with a smile

"then i will get you some," mikey said

"even if i have to walk a mile"

mikey ventured into a human house

sneaking quietly as a mouse

saw the cheddar cheese on the floor

on a wooden platter near a door

"eureka!!!" mikey yelled

running like hell

he grabbed the cheddar cheese

was about to run like the breeze

there was a snap!!!

and mikey's neck did crack
