Earlier in the week, Peter had noticed that there were some people that had weird looking weapons. The way the people talked about them seemed that it was really powerful. Peter suspected it was some sort of alien and wanted to tell Mr. Stark. However, Tony was too distracted by Betty that he kept dismissing Peter thinking it wasn't that important. Peter had tried to tell him again when Betty had woken up, but Tony still didn't listen.

Peter had put on his suit to scout the area. He was angry that Mr. Stark wouldn't listen to him.

"It's probably just another one of those days where nothing happens." Peter said to himself. "I mean nobody will listen to me, and all I've done today is save someone's bike and helped a Dominican lady that gave me a churro!"

Peter kicked a garbage can.

"Why can't anything exciting happen?" He yelled into the empty street.

Just like that, Peter turned his head to see a couple of people robbing the bank. They had avengers masks on and the crazy alien tech with them again.

"Oh my god! Harley? It's been forever since we talked!" Betty exclaimed. "How are you?"

Betty laughed. She was so happy to catch up with her old friend.

"Alright, I'll leave you to it. You have to come visit soon! Love you!" She hung up and looked up.

"So, who's Harley?" Jughead stared at her and smiled.

"Just an old friend! Don't worry." Betty held her hands open.

Jughead walked over and hugged her tightly. Betty nodded awkwardly into his shoulder. Something wasn't right. She shook the feeling away.

"Wait, if that's your phone," Jughead pointed at her phone with the light blue phone case. "Then why were u calling from that one. I mean this one is a flip phone. Whose phone is this?"

Betty's face turned pink, not sure what to say.

"It's nothing, just an old thing I used to do with my friend. We used to um talk to each other on old flip phones so that's what I did."

Jughead looked confused, but suspected it was nothing.

Betty stared at her boyfriend's face. He looked terrible. Jughead had large bags under his eyes. It looked like he hadn't slept for months. His clothes looked disgusting, like he was too lazy to change out of his one outfit. Jugheads dark hair had also grown longer. He wasn't wearing his crown hat and it was worrying Betty.

She stroked Jugheads cheek.

"I'm sorry." She whispered.

Peter slowly entered the bank. The thieves had taken all the money out and were dumping it into their duffel bags. They had avengers masks on.

Trying to look cool, Spiderman leaned against the side of the building and posed awkwardly, waiting for the criminals to turn around.

Peter cleared his throat .

"Sup guys, forgot your pin number?"

They turned to stare at him.

"Woah! You're the Avengers!" He added.

The thieves charged towards him. He used his webs to fight them. He talked while defending himself.

Most of the criminals got back off the ground and decided to use their alien weapons.

They made Spiderman levitate in the air. He got thrown into the wall.

On the other side of the street, Alice was walking over to the Riverdale Register to grab some things, when she saw what was happening. She quickly unlocked the doors and called the police.

Alice began to type as fast as she could. Record down everything that was happening, so she could put it in the paper.

Alice's phone started buzzing and she picked it up. It was Betty calling.

"Betty?" She answered.

"What happened to jughead while I was..... away"

"Um, Betty, sweetie, I can't talk right now. Maybe go ask....Archie? Or something?" Alice struggled to keep the phone in her hand.

She grabbed her purse from the table and re positioned her phone. Alive added some final touches to the article and sent it to her phone.

"Yea, okay Alice. Thank you though." Betty answered.

"Okay, honey-" a scream filled the air.

"Alice? Alice? What's going on?"

Alice had fallen to the ground, crushed by some rubble. Her phone was on the ground. She stretched her arm to reach her phone. Betty was panicking but she couldn't reach to call for help.

"BETTY!" She yelled.

"Alice?! What's happening?" Her voice was shaking.

"I NEED HELP! BETTY GET HELP! IM AT THE REGISTER!" She strained her voice.

"Hold on, Alice! I'm getting help!"

The phone hung up and Alice tried to get out.

A couple minutes passed and Alice had started sobbing.

"H-hello? Is there anyone in here?" A voice said.

"W-what? I'm over here. Please, help me, please!"

Alice's vision was blurred, so she couldn't really see who it was. She just assumed it was spiderman from the blue and red flashes.

"I'm so sorry, ma'am." His voice wasn't as low as she expected.

"Thank you! Thank you so much!" She cried.

"I'll go get help, you sit right here." He calmed her.

"No, no, it's fine. Help is coming already." Alice was shaking.

"Alright, I have to go now." Peter saw a car pull up.

He swung away, behind a building. Betty had come out of the car along with some other police members. Peter stayed to make sure everyone was safe. Alice was probably explaining what had happened to Betty. She seemed to be looking around to find the hero of the night, but he had already left. Swinging away into the darkness.
