Chapter 4 meeting the devils !

Issei just left the student council office still in her shock Sona was able to compose herself. She quickly grabbed her phone and called the other heiress.
"Sona hello" Said Rias on the other line
"Rias come to the student council office immediately it's urgent" Said Sona with a sense of urgency
"Understood I'll go right now" replied Rias as she hung up the phone.

Less than a minute later a magic circle appeared in the middle of the room and out comes a girl with crimson red hair and blue eyes her name Rias Gremory.
"So what happened that's so urgent Sona?" Asked Rias
"The new transfer student knows about the supernatural. How much he knows I have no idea but he knows enough to where he addressed me as 'lady sitri'" explained Sona
"Hmmm if he knows you're a sitri then he must know you're a devil. I saw him earlier and sensed some serious power within him I think it might be a sacred gear but which I don't know" said Rias
"Since you sensed that earlier were you thinking about possibly adding him to your peerage?" Asked Sona
"Possibly but since he possibly already knows that we're devils I could just ask him if he would like to join" she replied
"Very well but if Denys it you should invite him to just join the ORC since we know little of him we can keep close tabs on him" Said Sona
"Jeez Sona we could just befriend him without keeping tabs on him. But if he sparks my curiosity I'll have Koneko follow him around to keep tabs, but if that's it for now we should head to class"

Sona just nodded at this and both walked out of the office to get to class.
(With issei)
Issei arrived at his classroom and knocked on the door the teacher slid open the door
"Oh you must be the new transfer student please come in" Said the teacher
"Hai Sensei" replied issei
"Class we will be having a transfer student join us from this day forward please introduce yourself"
"Hai my names issei hyoudou I hope we can get along" he said with a slight bow
"Does anyone have any questions for mr hyoudou ?" Asked the teacher

All the girls in class raised their hands
"Are you single?"
"Will you go out with me?"
"Where are you from?"
'At least one of those questions was a normal question' thought issei

"To answer those questions in order yes I am single, I haven't thought about going out with anybody but when I meet someone who interest me I'll give it a shot, and I used to live in Kuoh growing up but I moved away due to personal reasons and now I'm back" replied issei

"Any other questions?" Asked the teacher
"Do you like oppai?" Asked a guy with glasses
"I'm not even going to give acknowledgement to that perverse of a question" deadpanned issei
"Motohama that's enough another perverted outburst like and I'll send you to the principles office"
"Okay hyoudou kun please take a seat over by the window" Said the teacher
"Hai

Issei sat down and the rest of class was pretty boring
(Small timeskip)
It was finally after class as issei was packing his stuff to go home until he heard all the girls in class start screaming

"It's Kiba!!"
"It's the prince of Kuoh!!!"
"Please go out with me!!!"
'Okay what's with this girl and asking everyone out ?' Though issei as he deadpanned 'but he's a devil hmmm hey ddraig'
'Yes partner what is it ?' Replied ddraig through the mental Link
'I bet you 3 dragon apples that this pretty boy is a knight'
'Oh you're on' replied ddraig
"Is issei hyoudou here?" Asked Kiba
"That'll be me" issei Said as he raised his hand
"Hello my name is Kiba Yuuto would you mind coming with me? My club president would like to speak to you" Said Kiba
"Hmmm alright I don't have anything to do today anyways so lead the way" replied issei

Issei followed Kiba outside of the class towards the old school building. As the reach the building they walk up the stairs and Kiba knocks on the door. A female voice can be heard from the other of the door saying " come in"

" I brought him Bouchou" Said Kiba
"Oh Kiba, good work" replied the girl
"Hello I am issei hyoudou but I'm assuming you already knew that considering you sent for me" Said issei with a slight bow
"Ah yes hyoudou-kun my name is Rias Gremory"Said Rias
'Ohhh So this is the Gremory girl... as far looks goes.. not bad' thought issei
"Now the reason I called you here today is because I spoke to Sona earlier and we have reason to believe you know about the supernatural" said Rias
"Yes I do but while we're on that subject is pretty boy over here your knight?" He asked as he pointed at Kiba

Kiba and Rias looked at him in shock because not only did this human know about the supernatural he also guessed what kibas
Piece was.

"Well...yes he is why do you ask?" Asked Rias hesitantly
'HA called it' thought issei
'Shit' replied ddraig
"No reason just had a feeling" replied issei
"Since you know about devils and evil pieces then i should ask how would you like to join my peerage ?" Asked Rias with a smile
"No thanks" he replied without even a second thought

Rias gave him a look of shock at how fast she was flat out rejected
"W-why not ?" Asked Rias
"Look I'll be blunt here I know how the evil piece system work and frankly you're too weak I'm more powerful than you and pretty boy here combined" Said issei

Rias was getting angry and released some of her aura then suddenly the door opened and walked in we're 4 more people one of them he has already met which was Sona.

One girl was short white white hair and a cat like hair clip, the one entering besides her was tall with long black hair and an orange ribbon in it, and the last one behind Sona was tall with black hair as well and wearing glasses.

At the sight of the 4 girls Rias calmed her aura a bit
"Ahh issei here are my other peerage members the one with the white hair is my rook Koneko" Said Rias
"Yo" replied Koneko in a monotone voice
"And the one next to her is my queen Akeno himejima"
"Pleasure to meet you"Said akeno although he could she meant to opposite considering the fact she was glaring at him
'Hmm I see she's part fallen' thought issei
"And this is my queen Tsubaki Shinra" Said Sona
"Nice to meet you hyoudou-kun" Said Tsubaki
"Likewise" Said issei with a smile

"So Rias was there a reason you were flaring your aura as we walked in?" Asked Sona
"Well you see kaichou not only did he reject bouchous offer to join her peerage but disrespected her by claiming he was stronger than her and I combined" explained Kiba as he glared at issei
"Well to be honest I'm more powerful than all of you but hey who's bragging" Said issei as he shrugged

Everyone in the room was angry at his comment Rias angry flared her aura to the max. Issei to look her and whistled "that's some aura you got there" he said
"I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS KIND OF DISRESPECT IN MY TERRITORY" Yelled out Rias

Issei had enough at this point and flared a small amount of his own aura everyone in the room widened their eye in shock and fell to their knees trembling in terror as they now realized they were severely outclassed.

'Jeez that was only like 10%' thought issei as he deadpanned

Issei calmed his aura "look I'm not here to cause trouble but if you threaten me I will be forced to retaliate regardless of your position in the underworld" Said issei

All the devils in the room recovered and stood up
"Like I Said I will not join your peerage but maybe we got off on the wrong foot I would like us to be friends" Said issei with a smile

Rias composed herself
"How about joining the ORC then that way we can get to know each other better and if you need to get out of class you can use club activities as an excuse" Said Rias
"Sure I accept" he replied

Everyone in the room calmed down as Rias and issei shook hands
"Well I should get going home I'm getting pretty hungry" Said issei
"Sure although if you can come by the club room tomorrow there's some questions I would like to ask you" Said Rias
"Hai hai" Said issei as he left

"Rias I feel like we should tell our siblings of this matter that kind of power cannot go unnoticed" said Sona
"Tell lady leviathan she is in charge of foreign affairs after all" replied Rias
"Okay let's just hope she doesn't do anything drastic you know how she can be when it comes to me" Said Sona as she left.
