You felt something long, round, and smooth. Your curiosity got the better of you and you pulled it out, hoping it's not what you think it is. You sighed in relief when you opened your hand and saw a test tube. Then confusion set in. Who could it be? Tony and Bruce both work in the lab, but Steve was also in an experiment and so was Natasha. You looked at Tony questioningly.

"Brucie, your turn! Just don't hulk out, the closet's a bit too small for that. Nat won't be there to calm you down either, buddy," Tony joked. Little did he know, you were the only other person who could calm Bruce down when he was, as Tony put it, "hulked out." You grabbed your friend's hand and dragged him into the closet.

"Why does he have to say stuff like that? I know everybody's scared of me, I don't need him to spell it out. I can't escape the Hulk. Y/n, I've turned into a monster..." He sat down against the wall and started to cry.

You sat beside him and rubbed his back comfortingly, you knew that physical touch was what calmed him down most. "Bruce, I'm not afraid of you. Neither are the others. You don't have to escape the Hulk, he's a part of you now. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. You aren't a monster, believe me. If we really thought you were a monster, we wouldn't all love you as much as we do."

He lifted his face. "Thanks, Y/n. You always know the right thing to say to make me feel better. You are my best friend. And sometimes..." He trailed off.

"Sometimes what, Bruce?"

"Well, sometimes I wish you were more than just my best friend." He looked surprised at himself for having the courage to say it.

"Really? I've liked you for a while but I never thought you'd see me that way. I'm actually thankful that Tony made us play this game now." You laughed. "Don't you dare tell him I said that!"

Bruce laughed as well. "So...what do we do now?"

You smirked and turned your body towards him. "It is seven minutes in heaven, after all. How about a kiss?"

He was more than happy to comply, and leaned forward until your lips touched. For a minute it seemed like the world disappeared and nothing existed except this moment, right here, right now. It was better than you'd ever imagined it to be. You pulled away for air and looked into his eyes as well as you could in the dark closet.

"I like that idea," he breathed out.

"What about this one?" In a moment of bravery, you turned so you were facing him and the wall and slung your leg over both of his, straddling him. You leaned in again, reaching your hands behind his head and knotting them into his curly hair. His arms went around you as you kissed again, this time more heated. He licked your bottom lip, asking, and you granted him entrance. His tongue explored your mouth as his hands roamed your body. You heard the door open but didn't care.

"All right, all right, break it up, seven minutes is over." Tony couldn't hide his delight at catching us in the act.

"The time might be up, but we are not finished with this, Banner," you whispered in his ear as you walked over to the couch. He blushed and sat down next to you as Natasha pulled an American flag pin out of the bag. You knew Steve had a crush on Nat, and Nat liked Steve as well, so you hoped that they would finally figure it out in the next seven minutes.
