2. Broken strings of Friendship

Kunj was vividly shocked and confused at the same time as to why Manik wanted to go London..

Kunj - London..?! Par kyun..? I mean kitne din ke liye jaana hai..?! Deda ka koyi kaam hai kiya wahan..?!

Manik's eyes turned teary as Kunj though he was going for few days.. Manik composed himself and looked at Kunj without any emotions..

Kunj held his hand - Yaar tujhe pata haina mein tere bina nahi reh sakta... Tujhe kyun jaana hai..?! Aur kitne din ke liye..?!

Manik removed his hand - Kunj..mujhe jaana hai aur kuch dino ke liye nahi balke humesha ke liye..!

Kunj froze in shock..It felt someone has stroked him with 1000 volts of current..his face turned pale hearing Manik..

Manik tightened his fist seeing Kunj's face..It looked as if someone has took away his life for few moments..

Manik - M..mujhe ek buhat ache college mein admission mila hai wahan..aur wahin se I can receive best education and great opportunities for my future..so maine wahan jaane ka socha hai..papa bhi maan gaye hain isiliye he is shifting his business to London..hum ab wahin rahengay..

Kunj looked at him for few mimutes then burst out laughing - Haha good one Haan..?

Manik confused

Kunj - Tujhe kiya laga tu mujhe ese prank karega or mein samjhunga ni? Let me tell you.. Me teri in baato pe believe krne wala ni hu.. So stop joking or niche chal papa ne zaroor kuch acha banaya hoga teray liye..Waise he mujhse mila nahi aur abhi faltu mein bakwaas kar raha hai woh bhi ulti seedhi..

Kunj hold his hand and was about to drag him outside but manik stopped him and jerked his hand away angrily..

Manik coldly - Kunj.. Yeh mazaak nahi hai..! Mein sach mein ja raha hun..

Kunj can sense the seriousness in his voice and eyes but still his heart refused to beleive that his only bestfriend wanted to leave him and go forever..

Kunj shocked -  Maggie.. Maggi tu pagal hogaya hai kiya.. Ki bakwaas kar raha hai ye sab.. Tu kyun jaana chahta hai yaar...   Maddy we promised each other right ki hum kabhi alag nahi honge..!!! To tu yeh sab kyun bol raha hai.. Tu kaise jasakta hai..No no no.. Tu kahin ni jaega

Manik - Mujhe jaana hoga Kunj..!! Itz about my future...! Samajne ki koshish kar

Manik didn't knew what to say or how to make Kunj understand..He was speechless..

Kunj with tears - Tu.. Tu naraz hai mujhse..? Mujhse koi galty hogayi kiya...?! Maggie sorry yaar please don't go please tune he toh humesha mujhe sambhala hai..you were always there for me .. Mei teray bina kaise rahunga.. Maggie plz

Kunj cried sitting on bed.. manik was having so hard time controlling himself...He had held Manik's hand..

Manik thinks - I am sorry kukie..I am sorry but J
I..I have to do this for your safety..for papa's safety..

Manik with a jerk remove his hand and angrily - Just stop it *KUNJ*..JUST STOP IT.. Kiya samajhta hai tu mujhe..?! Koyi protection shield hun kya jo hamesha teray saath jura rahun.. kya theka le rakha hai tujhe protect karne ka..?!

Kunj was shocked and hurt would be understatement.. for the first time Manik had called him *Kunj* and then his bitter words..

Manik -  Akhir kab tak tu mujhpe dependent rahega haan..? Teray ka koyi khudka stand nahi hai..tujhe koyi kuch bhi bolta hai..tu chup chaap sab sun leta hai..iska matlab yeh nahi mera koyi stand nahi hai..meri koyi izzat nahi hai..
