Twenty year old Akiko Kamado is the eldest suriving Kamado sibling. Being trained from a young age and sent off to Mr. Urokodaki's was hidden from Tanjirou her whole life. She was always directly told to never interact with her siblings, as it would interfere with her training.
Being suppressed from everything but training, Akiko doesn't know how to handle actual family situations. After traveling to her family's home, she finds them all murdered, blood splattered everywhere. Awaiting her brother's arrival home, they run into things on the way. Not only has their family been torn apart, but they also meet for the first time.
After meeting a stone-faced Water Pillar, how does their adventure go about? Giyuu Tomioka sends a message to the eldest, summoning her immediately.
