"Lumen, I think it's time we really did something fun." Jack says. "Let's head to the local arcade for once and see what we can win."

"Alright, sounds like fun!" Lumen replies. "I've always liked playing games so this should prove fun!"

"I knew you'd like it." Jack chuckles as they drive to the local arcade. Games left and right line the walls and then there are games scattered all around the establishment, ranging from claw games to skee ball to even fun machines like punching bags, whack-a-mole and all the other classics. Among them are also a bunch of shooting and chance games, and then there are racing games where you can pit yourselves against one another in the hottest rides of the year. "Alright Lumen, where do you want to start?"

"Let's play... That one!" Lumen says as they head over to a shooting game called "Exterminators", a game where you shoot gigantic mutant insects.

"This should be fun." Jack chuckles as they play...

"Oh shoot here comes the boss!" Lumen says as a humongous scorpion emerges.

"Target the weak points just like last time and we'll bring this thing down." Jack says as they open fire. A few minutes pass but strategic shots and sheer willpower bring the giant menace to the ground, and upon beating the game they put their initials in. Once that's done the two decide to head over to a punching bag where Jack cracks his knuckles and prepares for a mighty swing. "Alright, here goes."

"Don't hurt your hand." Lumen says.

"Don't worry, I've smacked around a whole bunch of these things." Jack chuckles as he prepares a few test swings. He lets out a loud shout as he swings, and a loud noise is heard as Jack punches the bag with all his might. The resulting score of 875 practically shatters the previous one, 659. Lumen takes a turn and lets out a mighty yell as she swings, and she comes to a score of 750. "Not too bad!"

"Thanks!" Lumen giggles. "Let's race next."

"Alright, a race it is!" Jack chuckles. "Which one though? There are a lot of them."

"Let's do... That one." Lumen replies as she points to a Burnout racing game. Once they get behind the wheels though they realize that there are two modes to choose from: Race and Crash. "What's crash? Let's pick that one."

"Alright." Jack replies as they both select that mode. their cabinets link and their cars show up on both screens. "Time to start tuning."

"Right." Lumen replies as they go through the various cars and add various decorations to them. Jack has chosen a blue coupe with black futuristic decals while Lumen has chosen a white roadster with blue butterfly decals.

"You can never get away from that color scheme can you?" Jack chuckles.

"I like it!" Lumen chuckles back as they watch the tutorial for crash mode. "So you essentially cause as much damage as possible?"

"Seems like it." Jack replies. "Looks like places are just extra points. 1st place gives you thirty bonus, 2nd gives you twenty, yadda yadda..."

"Alright, let's go." Lumen says, getting fierce.

"Liking the competitive spirit!" Jack says. "Let's raise hell." And with that the two are off! Jack and Lumen match each other in ferocity as they recklessly smash other cars that clearly picked the wrong time to be on the freeway as well as the other unlucky CPU racers. "This ones for cutting me off!" Jack chuckles as he slams into Lumen's side.

"Hey!" Lumen shouts. "Well this one's for ruining my paintjob!" She chuckles as she slams him in retaliation. When the destructive race finally ends Jack and Lumen have taken 1st and 2nd respectively, but their destruction points are vastly different: Jack caused a million dollars worth of damage, but that paled in comparison to Lumen's ten million dollars worth of damage.

"Damn... You are one destructive driver." Jack chuckles.

"You know it!" Lumen giggles. "Looks like I win."

"Alright I think we've had our fun." Jack chuckles. "Shall we head back home?"

"Sure." Lumen replies. "I had a blast here, and I really wish they had stuff like this back in my world."

"I know, it can get pretty addicting, but it takes a huge toll on your wallet." Jack chuckles as they drive back home feeling more than satisfied.
