TEN COMMANDMENTS X CHILD READER

When you get sick

You had been lying in bed with labored breathing. Your body was hot and burning with intense pain. You felt like there was something inside of you attempting to rip you to shreds. It hurt and you where scared out of your wits not knowing what was going on with you. You weakly crawled out of bed knowing that your adoptive demon parent was waiting for you. As you weakly stood you suddenly got the strength and rushed into the bathroom vomiting. While your head was in the toilet your adoptive demon parent entered your room.

"(y/n)?" They called. You fell to the floor just beside the toilet barely keeping awake. The thud you caused made your adoptive demon parent worry and rush into the bathroom.

Gloxinia:

-scared out of his wits

-senses that your magic is the cause of it

-he coaxes you to stay awake as he lifts you back into your bed

-has a servant get a bowl of water and a rag

-he sits by you having to rewet the rag every now and then

-he hums some fairy songs while rubbing your forehead

-never leaves your side

-helps you take the medicine that one of the servants had brought

-after ten minutes of taking it you rush to the bathroom vomiting it back up, he comforts you while you empty your stomach

-when he goes to have food brought you tell him not to because you do not want to vomit again

-knowing that isn't a pleasant experience for you, so he agrees to wait until your fever settles down

-he also reads you stories to help distract you from the fever which also makes you fall asleep.

-"I love you (y/n). Please get well soon."

Melascula:

-she is shocked by how ill you have become

-will be soft and kind when she asks what's wrong

-after you tell her, and she feels that your sleeping magic is responsible she gets worried

-she'll take you back to bed and have servants come with medicine and a bowl of water with a rag

-she gets you to take the medicine and uses her darkness to help insure that you don't vomit back up

-you cuddle to her seeking safety

-she tells you stories and of the knowledge of the demon realm

-the stories distract you from the pain the fever is causing you

-you fall asleep somewhere during those stories

-"Don't worry (y/n), mama is going to make sure you get better. And hopefully have an idea of what your magic is that causes you this pain."

-she kisses your forehead and sleeps next to you

Derriere:

-tries her hardest to be clam about it

-fails

-calls Monspeet for help

-he explains that you have a fever that is strangely being caused by your own magic though you can't use it

-Derriere clams down a little more now understanding what's going on

-takes you back to bed and makes sure your comfortable

-Monspeet helps while also doing research on your magic power to see just why its acting the way that it is

-Derriere makes sure that you take your medicine and helps you when you need to vomit

-she is very attentive when taking care of you

-When anyone else comes in, they face her wraith and are traumatized for the rest of their lives

-"I will never lose you to anything, (y/n)."

Monspeet:

-he is clam and immediately knows what the problem is

-places you back in bed and processed to take care of you

-while you sleep, he is reading all kinds of books to figure out just what your magic is

-while reading he looks at you a few times making sure your still asleep

-When you wake up, you both have short conversation

-after that conversation he reads you a story making you go back to sleep.

-"Don't worry (y/n) I will figure out what's going on."

Estarossa:

-He is very worried

-cradles you in his arms

-asks you what's wrong

-when you tell him, he relaxes slightly

-takes you back to bed

-sends for servants to bring medicine and a wet rag

-is the one taking care of you full time no matter how many times Zeldris tries to talk him in into doing his duties

-will sing Lavender's Blue

-will give you whatever you want if you ask

-Want cuddles? He's got you covered

-He does ask Melascula and Monspeet to look into your magic since it's there, but not letting you use it

-"This magical power better be worth all the suffering its causing my sweet little princess."

Zeldris:

-He isn't sure what to do so he goes off what he remembered Melodious doing for him when he was sick

-makes sure you are comfortable as he asks servants to bring medicine

-will stay in the same room as you but will be doing paperwork until you call him

-when you do call out of him, he walks over worriedly

-he asks how you feel, and you attempt to be a descriptive and clear as possible

-hearing that it feels like fire and there is something with claws worries him

-senses your magic power and takes it as a sign of it getting ready to awaken

-he calls for Cusack to help figure out why

-"I've lost enough people to all kinds of things. But I draw the line at you, (y/n)."
