Shelby's P.O.V
"Liam, where are your brothers?" I spat.
"Gone, Miss," Liam replied.
"To where?"
"Where they think is home."
I threw a ball of paper at the wall, a paper full of things that made this place weak. "Which is where, exactly?" I asked.
"Some place called... the FAE?"
I froze. 'How could they have found that out...'
'I don't know! They had to have heard it from someone.'
'Will wasn't exactly himself...'
"Those fricking boys..." I mumbled. "Liam, go get Sasha for me."
Liam left, Sasha coming in no more than a minute later. "Prepare some sort of transport for seven, we're heading in," I ordered.
"What?" Sasha cocked her head.
"Did I stutter?"
"No, Mi-"
"Prepare the troops."
"Why?"
"Ask no questions, Sasha."
"But I have to te-"
"Are you stupid? The FAE, we're attacking them!"
"Now? But... why would w-"
"STOP WITH THE QUESTIONS, FOR PETE'S SAKE! JUST DO WHAT I ASKED!"
Sasha frowned. "Yes Miss," she said before leaving the room.
'Honestly, what is going on today?'
'Something bad. I feel like we lost something...'
I racked my brain for something that was once there, but now was gone. In doing so, I felt a pang of sadness. I didn't know why, what it was from, but I knew it wasn't what I was looking for.
Fear is what I found. 'It's Scott... he no longer fears us.'
'Was it Will do you think?'
'Don't know, but Jess better still be down there.'
'Go check.'
Thankfully, Jess remained where I had her. "I need to more with you than just keep you down here. Do you think you can choke a ghost to death?" I smirked.
"Please don't do that..." Jess frowned.
"I'm only joking!" I chuckled. "No, I wouldn't kill you again. I'm not that mean. Actually, do you know anything about Will and Graser's disappearances?"
Jess looked away. "They deserved to know."
I laughed. "It was your fault! But hey, I guess this helps me in a way. You and I are connected, you are a ghost, you can go through my dreams. They think you're a good guy."
"I am a good guy!"
"Hm. No you're not," I whispered.
I went into her cage (sealed with a spell that meant she couldn't escape). I grabbed her and forced her to look me in the eye. Her whole being went from light grey to dark grey to red and back to light grey, letting me know she was under my spell. "Go to the FAE. Get information on anything they might be planning to stop me," I ordered.
"Yes Master," Jess replied, her voice flat as she continued to stare into my eyes.
I let her go, and she took the tunnel up out of the dungeon to the forest floor.
