CHASITY JIMÉNEZ has always been strong minded. Growing up in the poorest borough of New York it was almost embedded in her DNA. A teen mom, Chasitys mother fell victim to drug addiction and soon left her father at 19 leaving behind three year old Chasity and her eight month old little sister and their studio apartment in the middle of the Bronx, forcing Tiago to become a single dad struggling to go to college and put food on the table for his family.
19 years old, full time college student, works 2 jobs to help her dad and step mom with the bills so that they can have enough money to help take care of her other three siblings. That's the life of the oldest Jiménez and is something she hopes to turn around so that her and her family don't have to live pay check to pay check.
