The rebellion consists of 18 thats right a whopping 18 Rebellion leaders. Two in each level (Freedom, Society, and the Outliers).

The goal of the rebellion is obviously already very apparent. Or at least i hope it is. If it isnt to you then yall are blind as i've written its purpose in at least three if not all of the story descriptions.
