Chapter 2

Kim Seokjin P.O.V

The sunlight shining on my eyes woke me up. I sit up from my bed and went to freshen up for today's meeting.
"So I'm going to meet my rival again today...better wear something nice". I freshen up then went you my closet. I decide on a white slightly see-through shirt along with black trousers and a chocker. I put on some red lipstick making a Korean lip. "That should do the trick" - I say as I tidy up my documents for the meeting.

[1 hour later]

We were now going inside the meeting room. I was surprisingly really nervous to go in, but Jungkook kept reassuring me that the deal will be successful while holding my hand. I didn't want to give a part of the company, but father said otherwise, so I had to agree. It's still his company. We sat down and waited until a few build man in black suits started coming in, for a second I thought somebody was robbing us, but it was just Kim's people. I gulped when I saw a tall silhouette perhaps my rival. I straightened my back and raised my chin up trying to look more professional. He came inside and he wasn't ugly perhaps, gorgeous, but anyway. I stood up and extended my hand going for a handshake. He shook my hand looking straight into my eyes making me feel tingles so I look down and started with the meeting after we introduced ourselves of course.
"So we would love to be a part of your company we all know it's really successful along with our entertainment" - Jungkook said taking me in surprise how cool he looked right now. "Yes, it would be a pleasure for us too to work with you" - Kim Taehyung confessed then unexpectedly smirked at me. Everybody looked at me waiting for my answer. I stiffened because of all the attention, but then I remembered he is my rival I need to be better in order to prove myself. I lick my lips and hardened my look. "Yes, it will be really nice, but.., I agree that only a fourth of the company is sold to Mr. Kim" - I grin knowing I won and dad can't tell me anything because Kim is still given a portion of our business as he wanted. He raised an eyebrow and bit his bottom lip. "Kim Seokjin...I want to have a private talk about the deal". I froze in place and started walking to my office with him behind me. We got inside and I sat in my leather chair waiting for him to say something. "Mr. Seokjin why not give half the business? I can pay good money about it." - he spoke up annoying me. "I don't want to sell the company, but I have to so you should be grateful that I suggest even a fourth of it to you" - I say getting up and walking towards Kim Taehyung.
"You are my rival after all". I walk out of my office and back into the meeting room apologizing to the people that I left. Not long after Taehyung came. " We would like to purchase a fourth of the company thank you" - He said and left with his people following him from behind. I laughed out loud and clear knowing I got what I wanted, not really, but close to it. "Jin you did it" - Jungkook said and smiled widely at me. "I know kookie! I will never give the company for money you know me". Just like that, we left talking about Mr. Kim with Jungkook.

Kim Taehyung P.O.V.

Jimin laughed which made me more irritated. "He totally whipped your ass! And the look you had was gold." - I open the car door and sat down inside. "You got a part of the company at least, but it's still not yours and from his looks, I don't think it could ever be" - he added and sat beside me. "I don't get it Jimin It's good money! Nobody will give 23 million for half of the company. Not even me, but here I am, giving them for only a fourth" - I mumbled while looking from my window. "Well, he is gorgeous..." - I turn and look at Jimin with wide eyes. "I'M NOT AFFECTED BY HIS LOOKS. How can you even say that?! He is my business rival he even said it himself". Jimin raised a brow.
"Oh, so that's what you talked about in his office?" - I roll my eyes and looked once again at the sky. "He is only my opponent..."
