"Lily, wake up." Lily heard Lysander's voice while being shaken.
"What time is it?" She asked, sleepily.
"Time to get ready. We fell asleep on the common room couch and we need to get going. I know its the weekend but I bet you have the Marauders Map and want to explore. To answer your question it's noon."
"You know me too well."
"No, I just know you are very curious."
"Let's go then, we are already in our robes an I don't feel like changing today."
"I know."
"I have got to talk to Madam Abbott first."
"You mean Frankie's mom."
"Yes, Ly. Let me grab the map and we can head out." Lily ran up the stairs to her dormitory, opened her trunk and dug out the faded parchment.
"I solemnly swear that I am up to no good." She tapped the map with the end of her wand.
The map of Hogwarts formed before her eyes.
"Mischief managed." She tapped it again and the map vanished. She folded it and put it in the inside pocket of her robes. She grabbed Lysander by the arm and yanked him down the stairs.
"Dang, Lily. That hurt." He rubbed his arm.
"Now you know how I feel when someone touches these." She rolled up her sleeve and gestured to the faint scars on her arm.
"I get it, now roll your sleeve back down before someone sees. Rumors spread fast at Hogwarts."
"What was that about rumors, Scamander?" Mera walked up behind him.
"None of your business, Malfoy." Ly snapped back.
"Ly, calm down. No need to tense up. She's just going to be a git. There is nothing we can do to change that. Let's keep walking. Ok?" Lily told him, kindly.
"Your right as always, Lil. Let's go."
"Don't let the 'wolf' out, Potter." Mera called after them then started cackling.
"She can't know, can she? The only thing they know is.."
"You're afraid of crystal balls?"
"Yea. Do you think she put two and two together?"
"No, she's just being hateful. Ignore her." They walked in silence, her hand clasped tightly inside his. Lily knocked on the hospital wing door.
"Who is it? Oh, Ms. Potter. Come in. Mr. Scamander, wait outside."
"No, I want him in here with me."
"Does he know?"
"Yes. He has known since it happened."
"Oh, alright."
"Muffilato." Lily waved her wand towards the door then the windows.
"May I ask what the bloody hell that was?" Madam Abbott stared at her.
"Creates a buzzing noise that prevents eavesdroppers."
"Ok." She still looked weary.
"What's the plan for tonight?"
"You are to eat quickly and head straight here before seven. I will give you Wolfsbane and I will guide you out under the Whomping Willow into the Shrieking Shack. I will leave you there for the night and as soon as the sun rises you will walk back and  come straight here. You will be with Professor Lupin the entire time."
"Ok. Good. Can we leave now?"
"Yes. Remember seven o' clock."
"Finite Incantatem." Lily waved her wand once more. Ly grabbed her arm and pulled her towards the corridor near the one-eyed witch statue.
"Ly, watch it." She hissed, rubbing her arm.
"Sorry. I want to show you something I found. Revelio." Another corridor formed in front of her eyes.
"Ly, when did you find this?" She asked him, awestruck.
"Last month of last school year. I was being chased so I hid in the one-eyed witch passage. When I came out I noticed a draft coming from the wall. I knew that there was something hiding there so I cast Revelio and this appeared."
"Let's go explore it." Lily said, excitedly.
"Lily, are you nuts? We could get lost."
"Since when do you play it safe?"
"Well, uh, I'm not. I just don't think it's the wisest decision and sometimes it's better to make the wise decision than the adventurous one."
"You're starting to remind me of Min. I don't like it. I am going. You can stay and risk getting caught alone or you can come along."
"Ugh. Why do I give in so easily?"
"Because you love me." She poked him in the chest.
"I hate it when your right." He groaned, grudgingly.
"But you can't hate me." She replied, cheekily. "Plus this isn't even on the Marauders map. We can add it. I know the spell."
"Fine." He followed her up the stairs.
"I solemnly swear that I am up to no good. Homuncio." Lily tapped the map twice on the wall across the hall of the one-eyed with statue on the map. A space appeared and she saw her name and Lysander's name right beside her behind the wall.
"I did it. I added the passageway." She exclaimed, happily showing the map to Ly who started grinning. In spite of herself, she kissed him in the heat of the moment. She pulled away and started blushing so much she thought she was a cherry tomato. He pulled her back towards him and kissed her. This time it lasted longer and Lily almost forgot where they were. Ly finally pulled back and turned as red as Lily felt.
"Wow. Um. Sorry. I, er, wasn't thinking, I just reacted. Sorry." Lysander started rambling.
"Don't be. I enjoyed it. I know you did too. There is nothing to be sorry about." She pulled him up to her level but tripped in the process and landed squarely in his chest.
"Great. Now I feel like an idiot." She tried to push herself off of him but he wrapped his arms around and held her there.
"I won't let go and neither should you. Let's come back tomorrow. We have to get to the feast. We have been exploring all day."
"Ok." He grabbed her by the waist and carried her down the stairs despite her protesting that she could walk. He set her back down.
"I can walk you know."
"I know. I just wanted to hear you protest." He grinned. She playfully shoved him. They took each others hand and walked towards the feast.
