It's been a long time

Day, weeks, months or maybe even years. I lost track of time

When was the last time I saw her smile again?

When was the last time I saw her face, laughing with me and my stupid jokes

I took her for granted

I'm aware, I'm fully aware that I was too blind, it was all. My fault. Why she left, why she disappeared

I was to blinded by the fact that someone was willing to commit that stupid double suicide with me that I didn't realize that I was pushing someone who was truly caring for me

On the day she left, when I came back from the toilet, I was met with only the girl sitting. Without her

When I asked her where she is. The only reply she said was that she left

Which I thought was ok, presuming that she was only tired and wanted to rest

So a disregarded it, thinking it was nothing

But I was wrong

Really, really wrong

When I went back to the agency, I was met with atsushi frantically asking what happened

I was so confused back then by what they meant

She left, that's what they said

I then explained that maybe she was still tired, maybe she's taking a day leave

They accepted it, but with doubtful faces

Days turn into weeks. And still no sign of her

I was worried, big time, I'm worried what happened to her where she is. I tried contacting her on any way possible, but no sign of her. She wasn't answering

I then had an idea, her apartment, that was my last hope. Immediately, I ran towards her apartment, no time wasted

But when I reached her apartment it was empty, nothing left

I wasn't sure what to feel, sad? Angry? Devastated?

I was in my thought so much that I didn't realize that I was kneeling and grabbing my chest

Because something hurt. It hurts like hell. This feeling is all too similar
