Having to wear white pants on your period is a scary thing. Whether you have to wear white for work, or you are a referee of some sort, or even if you are in a performance or something similar and white pants are part of your costume; the paranoia is intense.
LAYERS! Although no matter what you do you will most likely still be a little worried about leaking through, but if you don't feel confident then having the layers can help avoid the embarrassing scenario and also ease your mind a bit. By layers I mean wearing shorts or something similar underneath the pants. It also depends on what you wear down there, protection is key.
