I gasp loudly and I wake up. There they are again, leaning over my bed.
"What?" I demand after a long silence.
Fluttershy is bright red. Rarity giggles and gently takes my left hoof. I expect it to hurt but I don't feel any pain. "Oh, dear, you were talking in your sleep."
"I was?" I ask, curious. I never do that.
Fluttershy bounced her head like a nod, "Yeah. Believe it or not you were actually smiling. And giggling like a school filly. Hilarious."
I roll my eyes extremely dramatically.
"Well, are we gonna eat breakfast or what..?" I use my free hoof to gently push the covers forward. I see my hind legs with stitches as well- matching my forelegs.
Rarity let's go of me and laughs. "Um, it's five now. We already had lunch and breakfast, so we can head over to a restaurant. Sound good?"
"Hell yeah," I say, hopping out of Fluttershy's bed. I stumble in pain from my previous injuries but I don't show it.
"Then let's go," the insane cream yellow pegasus says, taking the lead out the door.
~~~
It isn't safe for me to go out in public, so I take a pair of sunglasses and a sun hat from Rarity to conceal my identity.
We sit at a table in Ponyville. There are other tables surrounding us and I feel like we're in a spotlight or something. Nopony's staring at me- yet I sense somepony is...
"And what would you like, ma'am?" Out waiter asks, way to fancy for Ponyville.
"Uh... For a drink?" I feel like I've just awoken from a dream.
"Yes." He says like it's obvious. "And..?"
I feel heat rise into my cheeks, "Um, water is fine. No lemon please." He replies with a "Okay" and leaves.
"Smooth move, Pinkamena." Fluttershy nudges me in my left ribs. I fake a smile. "Whatever."
Then I glance behind her pink tattered mane...
Magenta eyes.
Cyan coat.
Rainbow mane.
Pegasus.
Her.
