An owl came swooping in and dropped an envelope on the table.

Bellatrix, who was closest, lifted it for a better look. "Tracey Davis," she said.

"Give it to Harry when he gets down," Remus said.

Severus came stalking in, a scowl on his face.

"Severus." Sirius grinned. "What brings you here this fine morning?"

"Dumbledore," Severus muttered, removing his cloak. "He was breathing and it was getting on my nerves."

Remus chuckled. "Yeah, that would do it." He looked up. "So what did he want so early?"

"He wishes for you two to rejoin the Order," Severus said.

Remus scoffed. "He can wish all he wants."

"As if!" Sirius added.

"Did he actually expect that to work?" Barty muttered, nose crinkled.

"Given he thinks I'm still loyal to him, apparently." Severus sneered at the thought of being on Dumbledore's side.

"It's too early to think about Dumbledore," Harry mumbled as he trudged in. As always, Tom was right behind him.

"Morning." Sirius gestured to the envelope. "Tracey wrote to you."

Harry perked up and opened it. "She says she wants to come over to meet Tom on Friday. Is that all right?"

"Yeah, of course," Remus replied.

"Your boyfriend and girlfriend will finally be in the same room," Sirius joked.

Harry swatted the back of his head with the letter. "She's not my girlfriend and you know it."

Bella sniggered into her pumpkin juice.

"Well," Sirius said. At Harry's look, he raised his hands. "I'm just saying, a threesome wouldn't be a bad idea."

Remus looked at him sharply.

"Yeah, if you're into that sort of thing," Harry said. He didn't even blink as Tom pulled him into his lap. "Clearly, this guy is not."

"You better not start making out in front of us," Barty muttered. Sirius and Remus did enough of that to make up for all of them. Those two always seemed to forget to put up silencing charms.

"We won't," Tom said.

Bella pouted. "You won't?"

"Must we talk about this while we're eating?" Severus snapped.

"Barty's the one who said it first," Harry pointed out.

"And then you continued," Severus retorted.

Harry grumbled under his breath.

Breakfast was silent mostly, with the exception of the excited hissing as Azure and Nagini chased each other around and under the table.

Remus nearly tripped over them as he stood. "I'm heading to Diagon Alley. Anyone need anything?"

"My sanity?" Severus suggested. Sirius had started poking him with his fork.

"Afraid that's too expensive, Sev." Remus turned to the others. "How about the rest of you?"

He received shakes of heads in return.
