I weigh for about 58 kilograms at the age of 13. I am turning 14 this November 21st.
Losing weight is hard when you're living in a house with your grandparents, your brother, your aunt and your two cousins. And you have to deal with your laziness.
And my grandmom cook really delicious meals.
And when I started to plan my diet, my grandmom would always cook really great meals. Mostly my favorites. So it's really hard to control.
And one problem also, I wanted to keep track of my weight but I don't have a weighing scale. So what I do is I just go to the mirror and check if my collar bone is popping out. Which does not.
I am really losing confience whenever I try to lose weight because when I do, my brother or cousins would always tease me. Saying that I should give up because I'm not really gonna lose weight.
I really wanted to lose 10 kilograms in just 3-4 months. Because I wanted to look good before our prom.
So starting this November 2019, I am going to start my diet and exercise.
I tried different diet plans and exercise but I don't actually finish it. That's another reason why I hate myself. I. AM. TOO. LAZY.
For the rest of october, I will really think of a plan to make everything clear and set.
