Simon laughed his lungs out for a moment but became worried about how Clary, while finding the situation funny, was dead serious about it.
"Males can't get pregnant, Clary, don't be silly," Simon finally replied, feeling uneasy at the implication.
"You are by no means a 'regular' man anymore, Simon,"
Clary had a point.
"Yeah, but that doesn't make any sense..."
"I assume you and Raphael used protection while... you know..." Simon was perplexed, somewhat anxious, but it was all coming together.
"No, we never did." Simon shyly said.
"I may have some news for you in that case, Simon."
