It was at that moment that Squidward and Spongebob both woke up. They were in a hospital? Why? "THEY'RE AWAKE!" They hear someone scream. They look up, it's Sandy. All of their friends crowded around them. "W-what happened?" Spongebob asked. "Oh you don't remember? You guys hit your head in a boating accident, you've been in comas for 4 years." Both Squidward and Spongebob gasped. All those feelings, all those hardships, a dream? One thing that they both realized is that their feelings were not gone. "Spongebob-" "Squidward-" "I LOVE YOU!" They both said at the same time.
